The role MAG Services plays in this arena is of organizing Meetings, Conferences and Exhibitions for Corporates on a PAN India level. We understand the requirement of clients in terms of objective of the training the composition and number of guests being invited, the meals (AMT, Lunch, PMT, Dinner) required, other conference arrangements including AV and Sound Set-up, Exhibition set-up etc, thereafter connect with suitable hotels and banquets of various levels (3-5 star properties), arrange availability, rates, negotiate for best rates and or make bookings at the agreed discounted rates.
In the new normal, such meetings and conferences have also started to get hosted on various online portals, with which MAG Services kept pace and has partnered with an agency for web-casting, web-hosting etc. The modus of organizing remains almost similar and starts with identification of the objective, arranging the logistics and getting the session/s conducted.
We also organize Incentive Programs for high performing sales team members, partners and associates for corporates. These are typically a few day/s family outings to resorts and weekend getaways in and around the city or to a nearby hill station or the beach, depending on the budget.
We work in close co-ordination and complete transparency with the client, the hotel/s and the other suppliers, to ensure a seamless end to end service.
